New Trading Symbol

Tigrent Inc. will now trade under the symbol “TIGE” effective at the open of business on October 30, 2009. The new trading symbol for the Company reflects the name change and rebranding to Tigrent Inc. symbolizing the significant transformation the Company has undergone over the past year. We’ve enhanced our personnel, policies, processes and procedures to deliver an improved customer experience.

Tigrent revealed insightful survey findings on global consumer attitudes towards financial independence and building wealth. When asked what was holding them back from taking steps to achieve financial independence, more than 1/2 of respondents ranked insufficient knowledge about investing as the #1 reason stopping them from doing so.
