Tigrent Inc.  is a leading provider of practical, high-quality and value-based training, conferences, publications, technology-based tools and mentoring where customers acquire learning they can apply to accumulate wealth. Through our affiliates, Tigrent Brands, Tigrent Learning, Tigrent eLearning and Rich Dad Education, we provide an innovative training model that imparts skills and knowledge in investing (real estate and financial instruments), entrepreneurship and personal finance. Tigrent combines a team of trainers, mentors and coaches who possess practical, hands-on experience in their areas of expertise with a rigorous instructional design methodology and proprietary content-rich advanced training courses to create rewarding customer experiences across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and the Asia-Pacific region

History

In 1992, the company began offering real estate investing and related classes to customers in the United States. In 1998, we expanded our operations to Canada and, in 1999, the company went public. We established our brand in the United Kingdom in 2001. In 2002, we began offering courses in financial instruments investing. The company entered into an agreement in 2006 with Rich Global, LLC, creating Rich Dad Education, LLC to provide training courses focused on the wealth creation teachings and philosophies of Robert Kiyosaki contained in his book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Beginning in 2008, the company embarked on a new chapter. A dedicated independent board was established and new management was introduced.

In 2009, we entered into strategic alliances with personal finance gurus Ken & Daria Dolan and Montel Williams, TV personality and motivational speaker. The company also opened our Asia-Pacific operation and launched ForeclosureID™, a powerful software tool that provides users with extensive data on foreclosure properties nationwide. Finally, to reinforce the transformation of our business, we changed the parent company name to Tigrent Inc.
