Steven C. Barre - Director

Steven C. Barre was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in March 2010. Mr. Barre has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since February 2008, and has served as the Company's Lead Director since June 2008. Mr. Barre has also served on the Company's Audit and Compensation Committees. Prior thereto, Mr. Barre served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. (a New York Stock Exchange company with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion) from September 2001 until February 2007, when the company was sold. Mr. Barre served in various roles as in-house counsel from 1995 to 2001 for Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. (known as U.S. Industries, Inc. from 1995 to 2003) and from 1988 to 1995 for its former parent company, the U.S. arm of Hanson PLC, a large British-American industrial management company. Prior to joining Hanson, Mr. Barre was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Mr. Barre graduated from Cornell University in 1981 and Columbia Law School in 1984.

James K. Bass - Director

From September 2005 to June 2009, Mr. Bass served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Piper Aircraft, Inc., a general aviation manufacturing company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Suntron Corporation, a provider of high mix electronic manufacturing services, from its incorporation in May 2001 until May 2005, and as Chief Executive Officer of EFTC Corporation, a subsidiary of Suntron Corporation, from July 2000 until April 2001. From 1992 to July 2000, Mr. Bass was a Senior Vice President of Sony Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Bass spent 15 years in various manufacturing management positions at the aerospace group of General Electric Corporation. Since September 2000, Mr. Bass has served on the Board of Directors of TTM Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of complex printed circuit boards used in sophisticated electronic equipment. Mr. Bass holds a B.S.M.E. degree from Ohio State University.

J. Hunter Brown - Director

Mr. Brown is the Founder and Managing Member of Watson Wilkins & Brown LLC, a private investment and business consulting firm. Previously, he served as an independent consultant to public, private, and not-for-profit entities. From 1993 to 2001, Mr. Brown served in various global markets capacities with JP Morgan Securities Inc. Additionally, from 1996 to 1998, he served as a director of a NYSE listed specialty finance company. Mr. Brown was graduated from Hamilton College with an AB degree in English & French and received an MBA degree in Finance from Xavier University.

Murray A. Indick - Chairman

Mr. Indick co-founded Prides Capital Partners LLC, an investment firm specializing in strategic block, active ownership investing in the small- and micro-cap arena, in March 2004.  He is a managing member of the sole general partner of Prides Capital Fund I LP, which, as of July 2009, owned approximately 14.8 percent of Tigrent Inc.'s outstanding common stock.  Prior to joining Prides Capital, Mr. Indick was partner/general counsel at Blum Capital, which he joined in 1997.  He earned a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.  Mr. Indick also serves as a director of QC Holdings, Inc., a pay-day loan company, and Ameritrans Capital Corporation, a lender to and investor in small businesses, both public portfolio companies of Prides Capital LLC.
