Steven C. Barre - Interim Chief Executive Officer

Steven C. Barre was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer in March 2010. Mr. Barre has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since February 2008, and has served as the Company's Lead Director since June 2008. Mr. Barre has also served on the Company's Audit and Compensation Committees. Prior thereto, Mr. Barre served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. (a New York Stock Exchange company with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion) from September 2001 until February 2007, when the company was sold. Mr. Barre served in various roles as in-house counsel from 1995 to 2001 for Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. (known as U.S. Industries, Inc. from 1995 to 2003) and from 1988 to 1995 for its former parent company, the U.S. arm of Hanson PLC, a large British-American industrial management company. Prior to joining Hanson, Mr. Barre was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Mr. Barre graduated from Cornell University in 1981 and Columbia Law School in 1984.

Anne M. Donoho - Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Donoho joined the Company in November 2006 as Vice President, Finance. In her current role, she is responsible for the Company's SEC reporting, controllership and treasury functions, financial systems and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, among other responsibilities. Prior to joining the Company, she served as an independent financial consultant for 10 years engaging in interim accounting, SEC reporting and finance assignments for publicly held e-commerce, retail and financial services companies. Prior to that, she served in various corporate controller, accounting, financial reporting and internal audit positions with Broadway Department Stores, The Walt Disney Company, Restaurant Enterprises Group, Inc., Denny's Inc. and American Airlines.  She was employed as a member of the audit staff with Ernst & Young (then Ernst & Whinney) from 1979 to 1981. A CPA, Ms. Donoho holds a BS degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.

James E. May - Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Mr. May joined the Company in June 2007 as Assistant General Counsel. In his current role he is responsible for the Company’s Legal, Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Associate General Counsel with Gateway Computers, where he was, at various times, the chief legal resource for the Gateway Country Stores retail division and for the Business and Government Sales division, where he managed the Contract Management organization.  Prior to that, he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel with Blockbuster Videos, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he was the chief legal resource for domestic store operations, including litigation management.  Mr. May has a BA degree from American University and a JD degree from Catholic University Law School.
